Didn’t think I’d ever find a Portillo’s as bad as the one in Champaign, but Normal pulled through. Slowest and rudest Portillo’s I’ve ever been to.
Poorly run. Food sat on counter nearly 10 minutes before I could get an employee to hand it to me. Manager walked by several times, he seemed annoyed when I asked him if that was mine. Food was cold. I will not be back.
The beef and cheese croissant was not made like other portillos.. shredded cheese unmelted sprinkled over the top kept falling out of the sandwich.
