Andrew, Alex and Armando thanks for what you did returning my daughter gift back to Pandora Store. Besides this incident I stop from time to time and the pretzel are great.
I enjoy the pretzels but the workers have no emotion most of the time. I understand it can be frustrating but at least pretend. I also came in for my free pretzel on 4/26 and they were short staffed and busy. They served my pretzel raw which sucked.
They gave me burnt pretzels. Should’ve done a refund because you can taste the flavor of it.. also super dry and crunchy instead of the softness (it wasn’t even busy)
