“Kudos to the GM of this location for fabulous and thoughtful service with my delivery order. At the last minute, I added some bagels to my dinner order to have for tomorrow, and when the order arrived, there was an apology note about the Everything bagels being not up to standard and overdone, and small gift with the order to make up for it. That is incredible customer service. (Oh, and my salad and soup — and even the extra toasty bagel I tried — were all fresh and delicious.)“

“I picked up two corned beef and cabbage dinners today for St. Patrick’s Day. The corned beef was inedible(so tough), the carrots were undercooked and the cabbage tasteless. So I paid for 2 dinners of tasty boiled potatoes. I love your restaurant-have eaten there many times. Don’t know what happened?“

“I have been to many places like this. But this one location I will be returning to Maryann was so kind, and attentive. When I was there that she had a full house and took care of every single customer with patience and kindness. I will definitely be returning to this location because the service was so great. You need more employees like her. Thank you again Maryann.“
