“Brewpoint is a gem in the Western suburbs of Chicago. I am entirely blessed to live blocks from their craft location on York. Exposed brick, chandeliers, and a plant wall surrounds you - a grateful reprieve from cookie cutter Starbucks decor. Coffee, matcha, and baked goods are top notch (haven't tried cocktails or charcuterie yet). A wonderful mix of professionals, college students, community organizers, and socially conscious suburban moms escaping the kids (I'm sure I'm missing wonderful others). Sometimes I'm not sure how I manage to keep living in the suburbs when the city is still home for me after 10 years in Elmhurst, but Brewpoint certainly makes it easier.“

We’ve used them for teacher gift cards every year, and it’s become one of our favorite traditions—such an easy and appreciated gift. “First things first, the food was honestly okay. The steak skillet didn't have too much steak, was a bit chewy, but otherwise it filled myself up and had some good flavor. The pancakes were not that great, they were a bit spongy and didn't taste as good as I'd like but pretty standard for a breakfast place
Now, the service was a different story, honestly my server made me feel very comfortable, speedy delivery, no mistakes whatsoever, kind and sweet. I I would keep going here again and again just because I feel very welcome in this establishment.“

I've eaten tamales most of my life and I brought some for my grandma who came to Chicago from Mexico and she absolutely loved them she has been eating them for 70 plus years and for her to provide her stamp of approval means a lot. The staff are always friendly and welcoming, and they have a huge selection of cheesecakes to choose from. I usually go for the sampler so I can try a few different flavors, and the tiramisu is another one of my favorites. Everything is fresh, rich, and delicious. I like bakery savory options and usually order pirozhki (like donut stuffed with mashed potato) and samsa (beef or chicken inside dough). Very delicious. Not many people in the mornings and afternoons, service is quick. I love one of the servers there, she is really nice, always welcomes people with a smile and seems very kind.“

“After driving past Elijah's in the mornings for the last few months I finally decided to stop in and give it a try (you should always try to support local). I ordered a large Black Coffee with a shot of espresso, I even mentioned to the guy making my coffee that it was my first time here and he was polite and said Welcome. (When was the last time you heard someone say welcome?) The girl behind the counter asked if I wanted anything else and I asked If they made there Scones fresh and she said yes we bake daily. I bought a variety to bring to the gig for the crew this morning. My Coffee was made exactly the way I make it at home and the Scones were still warm and made me feel like I was on Arthur Avenue at Morrone's pastry in the Bronx waiting in line for them to come out of the oven fresh. I must give Elijah's Coffee 5 stars today and recommend it to everybody and I will now be a customer. “We have dined at First Watch in Florida and were thrilled to find that they opened a location in our neighborhood! There was a wait for tables when we arrived so we sat at the bar for brunch. Our server was so friendly and attentive. My husband had Carna Asada Queso Hash and I had the Million Dollar breakfast sandwich with egg, gouda, sausage, bacon and hot honey on a toasted English muffin. So delicious!!! They habe the most flavorful Bloody Mary's as well. The portions are huge by the way! By the time we left there was an even bigger wait for tables. So glad we have First Watch close by to enhance our brunch options! Worth the wait and every penny spent! We'll be back soon!“
