“A surprisingly excellent snack… the pretzel was delicious and fresh, it actually tasted like a homemade pretzel.

Customer service was outstanding. Kevin attended us and told us how he makes fresh pretzels every 15 minutes. My kids loved the snack and though it was a little pricey, it was worth every penny! I’d definitely go back again“

“Great snacks! Had a pepperoni pretzel and it seemed like it was made minutes before receiving it. Very fresh and delicious. I also had a frozen strawberry lemonade and that too was very tasty and refreshing. I wish I could drink a gallon of that without any health risk. Good stuff“

“My experience was great! During these challenging times, there was a minor situation that was out of their control. I called the Auntie Anne's the next day and spoke to Megan the acting/assistant manager. Megan listened to my concern and welcomed me to come back and have my order fulfilled properly. She also added free items to make sure I was satisfied. Megan was very relatable and it was a breath of fresh air to have a great discussion with her. I can't wait to come back to this location which is in a food court of lots of other fast food options and gas station!“

Just today I went there and I spent over $19 and I've never spent that kind of money there before and I'm a regular customer I get the same thing every single time and not until I have my receipt that I know how much money I spent because the little thing that shows you how much you spend wasn't there so I didn't end up knowing until she gave me my receipt which made me very mad“
