“So I go inside to get a chance to stretch my legs and pick up my online order that had been placed 5 minutes prior. I'm inside and show the CSR my mobile order confirmation. She looks like a deer lost in the headlights. She runs to the rear and drops a order of onion rings in the grease. A few minutes later I have my order in the bag and in my hand and walking out the door. I resume my driving only a mile away only to discover the onion rings are half cooked. I was too far away to return. I hope the establishment will take better precautions, what if this was a beef burger, or a chicken breast, etc. Accuracy is far better than efficiency.“
