“Our server, Jodi, was fantastic. Service was prompt, never rushed and professional. The meal was great. Noise level was best I've experienced at any other restaurant I've been to in a very long time. Conversation was easy and never had to be loud.“

Wine list is decent, by the glass is respectable. But at these prices, your service needs to be top notch. We finished our appetizer, no one took plates away. Now, eventually they did, along with the silverware, and then when the entree arrived, we had no silverware! Food was good but not exceptional, presented well, but again nothing extraordinary. My recommendation, one visit, then spend your money elsewhere.“

“On August 16, 2024 my dear friend Eberta Wright celebrated her 103 birthday. We celebrated it at The Lazy Dog Restaurant in the Highlands were we used to go for lunch every Sunday after church. Our waiter was always Carlos. One Sunday he told me to let him know when she was to celebrate her next birthday because he wanted to do something special for her. I called him and told him it was here so he talked to his manager and WOW!!!!! Kyla, Alexa, Andrea and Carlos put together a spectacular birthday celebration. Mrs. Wright and I both were so surprised and delighted with what they did. The decorations, the gorgeous flowers the cupcakes that Kyla made and decorated to spell out her birth year. Everything was just wonderful. Carlos came in on his day off and got to have lunch with us. He is a very special young man. In fact everyone there is very special. The Lazy Dog will always be my number one restaurant not just because of the good food but because they are a group of very special people.“

“I am giving them a 1 star rating for many reason. I went here for the first time last night to celebrate my 11 year anniversary. We called 2 weeks prior to set up reservations. We got to the restaurant 20 mins before our time. Got in 10 mins after our reservation time and got a table literally right in front of the kitchen. I can’t tell u how many time my chair got hit by people walking by people who worked their people just walking. At one point I kept trying to flag down any waiter so we could get our check and go. For how much I spent I was expecting something completely different and not so cluttered they have way to many tables to close together there is no walking room. If u have a wheelchair forget about coming to this restaurant. The food was decent for the price I paid although I didn’t want to complain cause it took 40 mins just to get our food in the first place. My steak was over cooked. U would think it with it being a steak house they know how to cook it“

“This breakfast/brunch place is phenomenal. My 1st visit to a First Watch and we were not disappointed. The coffee, food and service (Jordan was our waiter) were terrific. Jordan was attentive and kept us happy. I would recommend this place to all!“

“Mackenzie did an excellent job checking me in. She set the tone for my stay to be very pleasant. She followed a script that let me know that she knows how to make a Titanium Member happy. I called later to ask if the M-Club was open for water and drinks and I was told no by the other lady working the front desk. When I returned to the hotel, Mackenzie told me that the M-Club was open for water and drinks. She did an excellent job!“

“I had made a reservation for what I thought was Water's Edge, but it turns out it was the Hyatt Lodge restaurant. Apparently, they share the same space, but Water's Edge only serves lunch. That was a bit confusing, especially since no employee was there to greet and seat us. So be aware of that. There were only two waiters, which was fine since it was not very crowded, but it took a few minutes before either of them acknowledged our presence. After that all went well. The food was delicious, waiter service was fine, and dining on the outside patio by the small lake was quite nice on a perfect weather day. A table umbrella to shade us from the sun would have been nice, though. I will definitely dine there again.“
