“lemon pepper and garlic parmesan boneless wings were hot and delicious I went to the one in Addison Illinois today for lunch about 2:30 pm and the manager I didn't get his name but he was the sweetest and best ever I just had a total knee replacement 3 weeks ago I was standing there with my cane at the counter and he told me to have a seat and relax and he will have my order ready AND HE DID JUST THAT HE HAD MY ORDER READY AND HOT SO FAST HE WAS JUST A SWEETHEART I REALLY FELT HIS KINDNESS I LIVE CLOSE TO THE ONE IN ROSELLE ILLINOIS BUT THIS WILL BE MY WINGSTOP FROM NOW ON IN ADDISON ILLINOIS ON ROWLING RD AND LAKE STREET THAT I GO TO ❤️❤️❤️“

“This is by far the WORST service I've ever got from a Wingstop. They gave me the wrong order. I called to advise them of the issue and was put in hold. The GM answered ( no one ever told me I was being transferred nor did I ask for a manager) he was so Rude and has zero customer service skills he should be fired. He told me I could come get it ( no way to do that) so i asked for a refund. He said ok and hung up in my face. I called back to ensure it was processed and he said very rude that it was processed. I asked him for the order number and his name and he told me I don't need his name, he didn't have the order number and that I was entitled and he hung up in my face again. I'm beyond disappointed and feel disrespected by the GM who is supposed to represent your brand. Sad to say I'll never choose to spend my money here again and it's all because of the GM onsite 5/31 @ 12pm . “Our order was a side of Mac and cheese, wings 12 pcs hot/spicy smoke BBQ, combo of 6pcs wings, drink and fries, combo1 which was a chicken sandwich fries and drink all totaling $56.67. Price was okay for the food but upon receiving Mac and cheese was 1/2 cup of cheese with noodles for $4. Drinks were all equivalent to a small coke at McDonald’s. Chicken was good, fries a bit dry but I do understand that’s it’s a dry rub? If ordering for kids they should state that wings seasoning is a bit spicy none of my kids could eat their wings. They did not include silverware or napkins which was odd. They did though give us 2 sides of their signature sauce.“

We got the honey bbq and crispy’s homemade sauce. Both were good. We would go back there. You can eat inside but we saw mostly carry outs. They cook your order fresh, so it takes about 15 minutes, but you can call your order in for pickup. I looked up best wings near me and this place had 4 stars! I totally agree.
