“Great experience from the moment you walk on the door. The staff is very welcoming. The bar is a great place to start or even enjoy a meal. The main dinning area is expansive which can add a bit of noise but didn't hold back our conversation.
The food menu is delightful and offers enough choice. The starters are shareable and the bread is fantastic. Personal I had the American Wagyu and mushrooms - classic and outstanding.

“I brought my mom here for her 85th birthday. The staff were so kind, friendly and knowledgeable. The drinks were delicious, the atmosphere was great, and the bartender was awesome. They all were also very helpful and accommodating with my mom, as she is in a wheelchair. She was so happy when we left and said it was great way to celebrate her birthday.“

Sin embargo, en mi última visita, experimenté una situación que considero importante señalar para su atención y mejora. El día de hoy, martes 26 de noviembre, llegué a cenar a las 8:45 pm confiando en la información publicada en sus redes sociales, donde claramente se especifica que el horario de cierre es a las 11:00 pm. No obstante, a las 9:30 pm ya se estaba anunciando el "último llamado" para bebidas alcohólicas. Además, durante mi estancia, fui testigo de cómo dos familias fueron rechazadas para cenar por el mismo motivo: el restaurante estaba cerrando antes de tiempo debido a "la falta de clientes". Entiendo que puedan surgir situaciones operativas, pero considero que este tipo de decisiones impacta negativamente en la experiencia de sus clientes. Cuando se anuncia un horario de cierre, los clientes planeamos nuestras visitas en base a esa información. De no ser posible mantener el horario anunciado, sería más transparente ajustarlo oficialmente en sus plataformas para que las personas puedan planear con anticipación y, en caso necesario, optar por otras opciones. Por último, quiero mencionar que esta inconformidad fue compartida con nuestra mesera, quien nos escuchó con amabilidad. Sin embargo, creo que esta situación requiere un ajuste desde la gerencia para evitar malentendidos en el futuro. Agradezco de antemano su atención a esta situación y espero que se tomen las medidas necesarias para garantizar que su excelente servicio sea consistente en todos los aspectos. “I visited Red Sugars Bar twice. Once on a Friday and this past Saturday. I had the pleasure of having two amazing bartenders, Friday and Lisa. We all were laughing and talking as if we had known each other for years. Friday is there on Fridays, and I'm sure other days in the week. Lisa is there on some Saturdays. They are two friendly bartenders. When your bartender is cordial, you don't mind patronizing the establishment. Also the drinks, we'll my drink, was good and reasonable.
I can't end without mentioning the owner Red. I met her the Friday I visited. She was very friendly and joined in with the conversations, the joking, and laughter.

“The food was fantastic. We got small plates and enjoyed them very much, especially the tuna tostada and cobia collar. If you drive, and there's a concert about to start in Thalia Hall... good luck. I waited over a half hour just in the valet line, and that was after I was able to maneuver around the crowded streets to get into the valet line. Maybe don't drive.“

“Frankie’s is one of the best places to go to for a celebration, date night, or just to enjoy some delicious food. Everything tastes fresh and homemade. The staff is very nice and attentive, including Frankie who seems to greet and say something to everyone who comes in. It is one of our favorite places hands down! We also catered them for our housewarming party and the process was very easy and the food tasted amazing as usual. Definitely recommend!“

“I was scrolling Grubhub then decided I deserved better than fast food that’s going to be delivered cold. So went to Google and saw this place which I pass almost everyday without thought. I wish I caught my waiters name but he was a pleasure and very attentive. The fried octopus was unique and flavorful. Short rib wasn’t as tender as advertised but still quite delicious. I got a sample of the lobster bisque which honestly tasted like tomato soup to me. The bread pudding was excellent. I appreciate the balance and gelato on top. I got the mezcal cocktail which was also great. Also ordered tequila on the rocks. I was given a complimentary shot of the pistachio martini which was delicious. Overall ambience was lovely. You can have a great date night right in the burbs. Who knew? Overall, can’t wait to visit again to try different apps and their pasta. All of that was around $140 including 20% tip.“
