“We love working with Odyssey Country Club they have always delivered great service and has always accommodated our needs. They run a well organized reception hall to keep your evening on course so that the couple enjoys their wedding. Looking forward in working in many events to come!“
“Found this place recently while searching for somewhere different to go for dinner with my husband. We got there around 7:30 on a Saturday night and got seated right away. The place was decently crowded and they did have dueling pianos as live entertainment. The music was a lot of fun.We were seated away from the stage area so it wasn’t as loud so my husband and I could still hear each other talk.I got a lemon drop martini which was delicious. The bruschetta and meatball appetizer was good. We did enjoy the bruschetta more, the meatballs were ok but not amazing. For dinner I got a fried chicken sandwich, it says you can order it “Nashville hot”. I asked our waitress if it was really hot and she said yes, she offered to bring the sauce on the side. I’m so glad she did! It was good but it was very spicy so less is more with that. Chicken was super juicy. Fries unfortunately were lukewarm and tasted stale. It was busy enough I was surprised they were not fresh. We liked the vibe and will go back.“
“Everything was delicious. My fiance and I split a bag and finished the whole thing. We went on a Sunday and the place was not packed but a good crowd was there. Prices were good too. We had 2lbs of seafood, appetizer,, drinks, and extra vegetables for 115. Not bad AT ALL!“
“Came here for a private party event on a Sunday afternoon. Space is really nice and chair, tables and other seats were nice. They played good music and had two large t.v.s playing different games for people at the bar. The drinks were well made, but with so many people, they definitely needed more than just two people. But it was nice to have a small sitting area outside in the back as well.“
“As always, enjoy the atmosphere, food and drinks. This is one our top favs of places to go. Especially love the flexible menu for different times of the year or holidays. Keeps things fresh and exciting. Look forward to be back and have an Old fashioned from Rue. ?“
“Can't say enough about this wonderful place. The food is some of the best even against the great Mexican food in Chicago. From the moment you walk in, you can feel the love that exists. Drinks are some of the best I've had and the creativity is second to none. My wife and I really enjoy coming here trust me, when you're here you're family. Gracias“
“Oh my gosh!! This is the most amazing place ever. We had fantastic service, fantastic food and such a wonderful time. The food just goes beyond words. I can’t even describe how delicious it is. If you want to have an incredible dining experience, you need to stop in. Our waiter was Don and he did an absolutely perfect job. The hostess greeted us immediately with a pleasant smile and a very polite and professional attitude. Our waiter Don was Very attentive to our needs and very knowledgeable about the specials and everything on the menu. I can’t say enough about our experience. What a reward. Thank you to the family for having such a great place. A+ all across the board!!!!“
“I had the Mexican Alfredo pasta and the birrira tacos. I didn't add chicken or steak to the pasta so it was just ok but those tacos??????? ??????. I liked the location too I would say the portions are smaller than what I'm used to.“
“We recently catered food for a large party we hosted from Xando. Nothing but good things to say! We ordered the Greek salad, Greek potatoes, chicken Slouvaki, and vegetables. The food was packaged nicely in trays and large bags to ensure it would travel ok in the car. It was still hot when we served it and our guests raved about it. Will definitely order from Xando again in the future.“
“We were warmly greeted by Chelsea when we arrived. We were seated at a cozy table toward the back of the restaurant. Frank Sinatra music was playing in the background. Our waitress Melissa brought us water to the table with the days specials. There is a good wine & cocktail selection. We started with the shrimp & calamari along with truffle fries for an appetizer. The shrimp & calamari were cooked perfectly while seasoned with the right amount of oil and garlic. The truffle fries garlic aoli sauce was very good, not overpowering. For dinner, we had chicken parmesan served with penne pasta as the side. The portion size was big. The chicken was cooked well, not overloaded with sauce and the right amount of cheese. The other dish order was the risotto of the day, shrimp & grape tomato. Highly recommend the risotto. It was cooked perfectly with big delicious shrimp mixed in with the risotto. As delicious as it was, room was being saved for dessert. Not many restaurants serve flourless chocolate cake, but Frankie's 1988 does. It is served with a carmel sauce, pecans, and vanilla gelato. I have had many flourless chocolate cakes in my life, and none compare to the one made at Frankie's. It is dense, almost like dark chocolate fudge that just melts in your mouth. They also have canolis, tirimisu, and an assortment of gelato. The staff was so nice, checking on us throughout our dinner, ensuring we were never out of water. Frankie introduced himself to us as we were leaving. We had to tell him how amazing the risotto was today. Frankie said that their kitchen is a scratch kitchen and will gladly make items not on the menu if the kitchen has the ingredients. Frankie's 1988 is a 5 Star restaurant nestled in a strip mall in Tinley Park.Dietary restrictions: Many gluten-free and vegetarian options are available.“
