Dunkin' offers amazing service, with staff like Maddie who takes time to know customers. Despite occasional issues with sugar in coffee and rude service, it remains a go-to spot for many. Customers enjoy their daily Dunkin' fix, but some have faced challenges like inconsistent coffee quality. Overall, Dunkin' is a popular choice, especially for those seeking a familiar coffee fix.
