“I had fast service the day I went to get some coffee. I wish their hours were longer. They close at 2.30pm so I couldn't get my coffee craving satisfied at 3pm. Oh well. This Starbucks is a nice addition to Café 95, a cafeteria inside Advocate Christ Medical Center. Please note this is in the East Tower.“
“Fun fact: This place used to be a Checker’s. That’s why they have that weird double drive thru lane that is blocked off.Parking lot is dirty and full of garbage. They have but a single table inside. They need a good architect to fix this place.The employees are either very friendly or entirely dismissive. It depends on who’s working.The coffee is great.When the employees are friendly I typically tip via the mobile app.“

Parking: Parking is a little tight because of other businesses next to the cafe.

“Best, friendly service.. Always accommodating. Listen to you and get your order correct. They'll even make it over if you don't think it was good enough with a smile. They are focused on You!
Dietary restrictions: I love the Turkey Bacon Sandwich and the Mint Magesty Tea. They are also carrying Grain free tortilla chips and protein bars that I can actually have!
Kid-friendliness: I see all ages of kids go there to dine in with parents, grandparents, or meet up after school.
Wheelchair accessibility: They have seats that some people with wheel chairs can sit at.“
“I visited Starbucks this morning and ordered two venti caramel Brulée Frappuccinos with a coffee base, but the initial employees were unsure of the order, leading to mistakes. After tasting the drink at home and finding it unsatisfactory, I contacted the store and spoke with Daniela, who exemplified professionalism and rectified the issue. She ensured my order was corrected to the proper standards, and I commend her excellent customer service. SHOUT OUT TO HER !!“
“I love this location! I often frequent whilst waiting for my kiddo to get out of camp. I’m able to take virtual work meetings with no issue. The staff is very friendly and warm and the service is excellent! Best of both worlds, Target and Starbees!!“
