Starbucks in Cicero

“Not only were my drinks made properly and tasted great, but the service was awesome! I also had a slight incident and mistakenly tossed a value in the recycle bin. Raquel answered the phone and was helpful the whole way thru. Even when I traveled the distance back to the store to search for my item, she held to her commitment to assist me. Took some time from her busy shift and thank God I found my item!! She didn't have to do it! I am truly thankful there are still caring people in this world! Shout-out to Raquel and the team for allowing her the time to step away to care for a customer's need.“

“I'm a big fan of Starbucks. Always get my Starbucks both in the morning and afternoon at a Starbucks location by it self; meaning having it's location with no other stores in it, but just Starbucks it self. However, I came to Target to shop for some household appliances and saw Starbucks on the right corner of the store's entrance. Before shopping at Target, I had to stop by that Starbucks to get my items. Great Service And Always With A Positive Attitude. Starbucks is always better, better than Dunkin Donuts in my opinion.“
