One particular employee was exceptionally accommodating and added a warm touch to the experience. However, I did have a minor issue with my cappuccino – it was scalding hot! Additionally, some of the tables weren't clean, which slightly tarnished the overall impression. Nonetheless, thanks to the friendly staff, I'll surely return.“
“Love this location, the staff is typically very nice and accommodating. My only gripe is that on multiple occasions when I’ve come in and ordered my drink, it takes the baristas forever to make it because they’re talking to friends across the counter, not paying attention. This has happened with multiple baristas, multiple times. Work time is work time. You get paid to work, not chit chat with friends and hold up customers drinks. Talk to them when your shift is over or wait until all the drink orders are made.“

“Dropped my husband off at Swedish for an appointment and was thrilled to find this Starbucks around the corner on Foster. Even though it's a busy street, I got a parking space right in front! Even better was that the expensive $30 holiday cups were on sale here for 50%! My mom broke her cup and I was waiting for them to go on sale, so this was perfect! Winning!! “I stopped by this place a lot because I was headed elsewhere and the baristas have customized specials that is listed on the mini chalkboard by the register when you order. I like customized drinks so depending when you go in, those drinks change daily. There is no issues with service and the drinks are always delicious. Since the location is downtown near the shopping district, the decor is much more imaginative and creative than those standard drive through locations. I imagine there used to be heavy foot traffic so assuming the clientele is more on the tourist side as there is ample seating. Average cost of customized drink is $10“
