“A convenient pre-show dinner with memories of a golden past. The food is nothing special, but it is moderately priced. We miss the original-original potpie with the veloute sauce, not the microwave white gravy substituted since Macys took over. My husband liked his turkey sandwich. Our server, Jesus, was very nice.“

“I don't eat the food but I do get a hot drink. I want to say Alyssa and Sean both deserve a raise with more vacation time. These 2 are awesome on Sunday mornings when I go there and knows how to do the drink right. By the way, does anybody know what the rule is for bikes being inside the starbucks. I didn't say anything because I don't want to get chase, hurt, or shot by this male customer who had a bike inside the store when I was leaving the store. The guy is white, tall, clean shave with poor manners walking to close behind me and told him to get lost and don't get close to me. It was hard not to say anything at the same time didn't want to be bullied by him he looks like a bully.“

“I always have such a great experience at this Starbucks, especially because of Dann. He is always incredibly respectful, welcoming, and friendly. He takes the time to listen, have a nice conversation, and always greets me with a genuine smile. You can really tell that he cares about the customers and takes pride in what he does.
I also want to compliment the entire staff — everyone is friendly, and they make some of the best coffee I’ve had. Dann and the whole team create such a welcoming atmosphere that I’m always happy to come back. I’ll definitely be returning here regularly. Great job, Dann and team!“

“This is not my local Starbucks but the longer walk is worth it for how lovely the atmosphere and staff are. A special shout out to Patrick who all the customers seem to know by name and never fails to make me smile when I’m in. The fact that there is a sofa makes it a cosy spot for people-watching and chatting! I will miss this spot when I move home. Thankyou all the staff for making it such an inviting place 💛“

“This Starbucks location on 1933 W. 103rd Street Chicago truly stands out. The atmosphere was clean, welcoming, and comfortable, It’s clear this location creates an environment that feels family-friendly and inclusive, while I was enjoying my coffee, the barista team acknowledged every customer coming and going I cannot rave enough about there kindness.
I especially want to recognize Samantha, Rachel, and Thema. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine warmth did not go unnoticed. The hospitality they extended was above and beyond — attentive, patient, and delivered with such a positive attitude. It’s rare to experience that level of sincere customer care, and they absolutely deserve acknowledgment for it.
This team represents the brand beautifully. I will definitely be returning.
One last thing Samantha and Rachel did a wonderful recommendation on the Matcha Dubai drink our drinks and cookies were wonderful 🫶“

“I've been coming to this Starbucks for a few years now and they always have my coffee ready when I order through the app and my order is always right! customer service is always great esp my 2 fav baristas Kassh and Parker! They are always so welcoming and have a positive attitude also the rest of the team at Starbucks i know it can be stressful with difficult customers etc but they are always professional. We can't always have good days but as long as we try our best that's what matters!! Thank you to the team at this Starbucks location, you guys rock!! 🤗☕❤“

“absolutely love this Starbucks in Logan Square! Starbucks has become one of my favorite neighborhood spots. I’ll often walk my dog over and treat myself to a Vanilla Sweet Cream Latte, and it’s always made perfectly.
The staff is friendly and welcoming, and they’re quick even when it’s busy. The atmosphere is great for relaxing with a coffee or just enjoying the neighborhood vibe. It’s such a nice routine — a dog walk and a latte stop all in one.

“The staff at this Starbucks is consistently friendly, professional, and hardworking. No matter how busy it gets, they are always pleasant and my order is almost always made correctly. The quality is remarkably consistent, which is why I keep coming back.
That said, this location has a serious capacity problem. During the morning rush, it's not unusual to wait 20 to 25 minutes for a coffee, even when using mobile ordering. The estimated pickup times in the app are often far too optimistic, and by the time you arrive, there can still be a significant wait.
To be clear, this doesn't seem to be a staff performance issue. If anything, the employees are doing the best they can under difficult circumstances. The problem is that there simply don't appear to be enough people working for the volume of customers this location serves. Whether it's hiring more staff, expanding the workspace, or finding another operational solution, something needs to change.
People are stopping in on their way to work and often need to be in and out quickly. The demand is clearly there, but the store seems overwhelmed during peak hours. Five stars for the staff and the consistency of the drinks, but management needs to address the staffing and workflow challenges that have become impossible to ignore.“

“My dogs get groomed down the street and I almost always come to this Starbuck's location to do work while I wait for them. The staff has always been friendly, smiling and making eye contact while acknowledging you.
They recently updated the furniture to make some spaces easier for hanging out and chatting, while still having plenty of space for people to work.
It has always been clean and efficient in service.“

“My neighborhood Starbucks in Chicago is fantastic. The staff is not only friendly but also incredibly efficient. They even offer free pupuccinos for my dog, Micah the Messenger. They also have a nice outdoor seating area with plenty of tables and chairs, making it the perfect spot to enjoy a great cup of coffee while taking in the sights and sounds of the city.“

“I had to bring my Latte from 33rd & Cicero Starbucks to this location because they tried twice to make it and failed! I explained my dilemma to Sam and she made it right! Using the sticker off the side of my cup, she remade my latte and it was PERFECT!!! She didn’t have to do it, but I want to say how much I appreciate she did. “I went in to this store the morning after a Bruno mars concert and I’m guessing everyone else had the same idea because the line was huge and the mobile orders were piled up. Well some people don’t have any common sense or decency because multiple people were throwing a fit, yelling at the employees. Mind you, the lady on register told us before we ordered that there were 20 drink orders ahead of us, so the wait time was 15 minutes (which it was). They can only go as fast as their machines let them. I also want to add that there were only TWO workers. So they did a great job for the cards they were dealt because I think a third person would’ve really helped. The workers did a great job multitasking and managing all of the customers. Our drinks were great. I recommend going to this store; However, if ur an impatient person and u are wanting to stop in on a Saturday or Sunday morning, don’t get mad at the workers because u can’t manage ur own time and order ahead. Also just go ahead and assume that they’re going to be busy on those days, especially after a big event. Corporate has very strict standards for how things are meant to be done so don’t get mad at the employees for doing what they’re told and how they’re told to do it🤷🏻♀️“
“’ve been to this Starbucks more times than I can reasonably count, mostly because it’s my neighborhood location and incredibly convenient. It’s a great little stop for picking up an iced matcha on a hot summer afternoon.
The space itself is rather tight, but somehow they’ve miraculously managed to fit in a decent amount of seating without making it feel completely impossible to navigate. It’s not somewhere I’d necessarily camp out for an entire day, but it works very well as a small neighborhood Starbucks.
Most importantly, I religiously get a pup cup here and have never had to explain myself or answer twenty questions about it. Much appreciated by both customer and dog.
