“First of all, the young black lady taking orders at the drive through Saturday, 2/7/26 around 4 pm was wonderful and smooth. I do not do Starbucks often, and must stay in a calorie deficit. Only came bc my kids wanted fraps. /After giving her my matchta preference and explaining my limitations , Her rec was amazingly delicious. This is not my local SB/coffee shop, but if it was, I would be a regular for the vibes alone.“
“Placed a mobile order, I went thru the drive thru. When telling them I had a mobile order, employee said “oh the one placed two minutes ago? Next time give us more time.” I’ve never had this experience before, employees are usually friendly and greeting. Even when given my drinks never said thank you or a have a good day. Just left a distasteful experience, working with customer service I wouldn’t question customers and tell them what to do next interaction unless it was useful for them.“
