“Juju is excellent and very personable and intelligent. She has definitely gotten 5 stars in hospitality. She did a great job getting me re-interested in Starbucks as I have been turned off by most experiences. Great person to represent your team and brand at this location; from my experience. She told me about what Starbucks is doing to make their locations feel more welcoming and are installing advanced interior designs to captivate more people to study, sit and relax in, and feel more like a coffee shop and less like a fast food joint. This is probably due to their competition. Still, I’m excited to see what enhancements are to come in the future with this project. :)“

“This SB is not a stand alone but is located inside the Super Target. I usually don't like SB kiosks bc the coffee is never hot and then they offer a pour over instead. I asked the barista if the coffee was hot or if it had been made recently he said he didn't know but let me try a sample before buying and then being disappointed if not. I appreciate that he did that and it was hot so I purchased a small black Pike's place and a slice of pumpkin loaf warmed. My order was prepared quickly so I decided to eat my loaf at a table inside the SB kiosk area. The pumpkin loaf was delicious and went great with my hot coffee. I was very satisfied that my coffee was hot as I have struggled to get a hot cup of coffee at any other Target SB locations prior to this one. It's such a simple order yet never available smh. I will not settle for lukewarm coffee. Kudos to this place for keepin it HOT!

“I personally wanted to take a moment to give a huge shoutout to one of your employees who usually works the morning shifts. She has blonde hair, and every single time I come in and order my pink drink in the morning, she makes it absolutely perfect. It’s always spot on—refreshing, flavorful, and honestly just delicious. I genuinely look forward to it because it consistently tastes so good, and you can tell she really takes her time to make it right.

I’ve noticed that when I order the same drink in the afternoon, it doesn’t quite taste the same. It sometimes feels a bit off—almost like the proportions are different or maybe there’s too much of something, because it ends up tasting slightly medicinal instead of the smooth, refreshing flavor I get in the morning. I’ve heard there may have been changes to the pink drink, but whatever she’s doing in the morning truly stands out“
