“Today I was with Rowley and I was thirsty for a Coffee. Tommy was making heavy eye contact with my little brother Manny and I was a little concerned but I didn’t care. Me and Rowley ordered a frappe and a sandwich. The frappe was delicious! The sandwich tho burnt my tongue and I screamed! “Rowley got jumpscared by my scream and yelled “ZOO WE MAMA” Overall great experience!! Definitely gonna go back. Thanks Tom! Employee of the year ?“
“Wow oh wow! I’m normally not a Starbucks fan, it’s crowded and often overpriced but my experience today has changed my mind. This particular location had the kindest staff! The woman who took my order was so considerate and another girl even brought me my drink when I was sitting down. So sweet. Keep it up ❤️“
“I often stop by this Starbucks and they always make everything right ! The employees are always nice and very welcoming, the bathrooms are always clean, the lobby is always clean and even during a rush their area of work is always clean. You can tell straight away that they have a manager or shift supervisor that is always keeping things clean, organized and their employees happy. It is a very busy Starbucks so don’t expect to be out in 5 minutes! Also, their workers are always smiling without being scolded at and it always looks like they are having a great day even in a rush. I would give this place more than 5 stars if I could !! Definitely give those managers + employees a raise 😆 they are always working hard while being organized and clean !!! Not all Starbucks work like this taking care of both their employees and their customers. Also, they played The Lumineers! Whoever had the aux has taste !!!“
“Today is my daughter's High School Graduation family party. I had ordered a cake specific to her high school colors from another store/bakery. Upon my arrival is was the wrong colors. I was scared and worried. I went to Jewel bakery on Nelson and Route 30 in New Lenox. I walked through the bakery. Lynette approached me and asked if she could help. I looked at her and explained my situation. She right away calmed me and assured me that they could help me out. She helped me pick a cake. She offered the decorations to match my daughter's school colors. She had Cindy do the cake decorating and message. It turned out wonderful!! I was so grateful to these ladies. Lynette was amazingly calm and assuring. I cannot express how much she helped me today!! Thank you Jewel Bakery!!!! THANK YOU LYNETTE!!“
