“Usually one would consider me a hard-to-please customer, but this location is by far the best I've come across. The nice man named Zeek went above and beyond to make sure I had a good experience, so much so that he ended up paying for my drink through the drive through. It was extremely kind, I was having an awful morning and this young man's act and the entirety of that crew was just phenomenal to me, I can not imagine a better experience at Starbucks. Houbalt has my heart. I look forward to visiting every now and then.“

Food rating is because it is nothing fancy and this is a open ask for Starbucks to make the caramel brulee latte holiday coffee a year round item.

Additionally I always come in to order a coffee for my father, both times of him ordering, and today I ordered his coffee has been wrong. Last time was overdone the amount of chocolate, and today it's like it had Oat milk instead of milk/ creamer.“

“Love this place! Whether hanging out in their lobby or going through the drive thru customer service is always their priority. They treat you like family. Orders are given quickly I never wait more than a few mins for a drink. Highly recommend it if you are looking for a new spot to check out.“
