“The presentation of the sandwich was fantastic prior to me, dropping it on my shift knob uhh..
Atmosphere is what you would expect from Starbucks, flamboyant people perpetually, gazing at their exorbitant apple products.
As far as service goes, I left with haste this morning and didn’t grab my water bottle . And sure enough before succumbing to dehydration I was offered an ethos water bottle.
Bonus points to the brunette ? that shouted at me “Hello” felt like a Dragonborne spoke to me.“
“This is one of my favorite Starbucks locations, and I truly enjoy coming here. The staff is consistently kind and hardworking, and I always give this store five stars. This note is meant kindly and respectfully for the manager.
Dear Manager,
I noticed that the baristas working by the window are really cold. The heater above them doesn’t seem to be functioning properly. I understand they had asked about a space heater and were told no, and I completely understand that decisions like that aren’t always simple, although don't have to be expensive or come out of the company's budget.
That said, your employees spend long hours standing in that spot, taking care of the rest of us as we come in or drive through, often juggling many different personalities and demands with grace. They really do deserve a bit of comfort while they work.
I went ahead and ordered a small space heater for them, which cost $33 and was delivered right away from our local Hone Depot. It felt like a simple way to help. I hope it can stay there, and that no one feels uncomfortable for accepting it—it was given with good intentions and appreciation.
Thank you for hiring such wonderful people. I know it’s not easy to find and keep good employees, and small acts of care can make a meaningful difference in morale.
Warm wishes to you and your staff.“
