“I love how they care for people. They ask your name they get you a proper order. They make sure everything is fine. Incredible customer service if you ask me. On top of that their products are stupendous. I wish they still had their cranberry dessert available. I didn't know it was a seasonal thing.“
“This is a good location to get you work done at. The team works hard to get the drinks out quick. Their customer service is fantastic. The inside is always clean...not too loud on the music. Kind of the Goldie Locks Starbucks for me.Today I punched in my order while sitting in the store like I normally do but the app ordered a hot drink and the young ladies knew from my frequent visits that something was off...so before making the drink they stopped to ask me if that was correct or if I meant to order my usual iced drink...that was an awesome move and exactly the reason I camp out here...the people that work here are dedicated and try their best every day. No one is perfect...but some are better than others...this one is definitely better.This is one of my favorite locations in my entire sales territory (IL and IN).“
