“the customer service is great. the only issue i have is when i order my iced chai tea it tastes like milk almost every time. i sometimes even order it with 2 pumps of vanilla syrup to try and add flavor but it still tastes like milk. if i wanted milk i would go buy a gallon of it for $3 at stracks“
“must leave a 5 star review after leaving 1 star for their neighbor, the crown point broadway location. as a daily starbucks drinker i go out of my way to this location because of the consistency & kind baristas. i greatly appreciate how they always follow personal cup instructions, unlike the broadway location. most importantly the baristas here are the sweetest, most accommodating i’ve encountered. any time i have an issue with my drink they never hesitate to fix it. wonderful service.“
