Despite placing an order ahead of time, I arrived to find a chaotic scene with dozens of people waiting around a cluttered pickup counter while the employees moved at a snail's pace. When I finally tried to inquire about the status of my drink, I was ignored multiple times before being told it would be several more minutes without any apology for the delay. The seating area was messy with uncleared tables and overflowing trash bins, making it an uninviting place to wait or relax. For a brand that prides itself on service and consistency, this visit was a complete failure in basic hospitality and operational management.“
