“Happy Valentine's Day!!! We are big fans of Lou Malnati's (truly the best deep-dish pizza in our opinion). We chose Lou's-Oak Park for Valentine's Day, as it was near our hotel and they were the only restaurant I found that would grant a reservation (we had a show to attend downtown after dinner). My wife had the good idea that we order a medium thin-crust instead of deep-dish due to time constraints. When the pie arrived (Trippple Peppp is delicious, by the way) our server apologized that it was too crispy in her opinion and that she had asked the kitchen to remake it. We thought it looked just fine, no burnt crust edges or ingredients, and we told her we were happy with the one we had. We also told her to tell the kitchen there was no need to make another. Nevertheless, about 4 minutes later, she brought an XL Trippple Peppp thin-crust that the kitchen insisted we receive as an apology. That level of customer-service in this day and age is remarkable, and we were simply blown away by the generosity. We were ALREADY fans, but that was cemented forever. We'll never forget this Valentine's Day dinner! P.S. Please never retire the Trippple Peppp...it it SO GOOD!!!“

“The restaurant was very nice. The food and drinks were tasty. The ribeye steak on the tostadas was a little chewy but the skirt steak was delicious. I mentioned that it was my best friend's birthday but there was no birthday mention at all and no dessert offered to her. I'm used to nice restaurants providing this type of service without question. I was disappointed!“

“I pre ordered a beef for pickup on your Buona App at 11:36 am and I got caught up with a lot of crap and did not show up until 8pm later that evening. The manager understood and made me a brand new beef with no extra charge. I love Your Beef and Other food that you have at the Oak Park Restaurant on North Ave. It is much better than the world famous Jonnies Beef which does not have the quality of Buona Nor the size and has gotten very expensive as each month goes buy. The restaurant is always clean and the staff has always been friendly. I have been going to Buona Beef for over 40 years. Thank You for everything you offer
