“I had mixed feelings about my visit to Port of Peri Peri. The food was honestly excellent and full of flavor, so I have no complaints about the quality of the meal itself.
However, the customer service really let the experience down. The staff didn't seem friendly or welcoming, and when I asked questions, they either didn't respond properly or didn't seem interested in helping. The dining area also looked like it needed more attention—several tables were greasy and didn't appear to be cleaned promptly, which made eating in feel a bit unhygienic.
If you're planning to try this place, I'd recommend ordering takeout instead of dining in. The food is definitely worth trying, but I think the overall dine-in experience and cleanliness could use significant improvement.This keeps the review balanced by praising the food while clearly describing the issues you experienced.“

“Nandos Peri Peri is incredible. I appreciate the kindness of the staff and managers towards me even though I have autism and their food is amazing and really good. GM Austin and Liz is very nice. Amazing lemon chicken. Must come back. 10/10.“
