She was very friendly in making sure that I understood what the different container sizes were to make sure my order size would be correct. They even cut their chicken thighs into smaller pieces for me.They were about 5 minutes late during pick-up, but it was not a huge wait.“
“This place is so good!So far, I've had the hummus, mixed olives, rainbow bowl with peri-peri chicken thighs, chicken bowl with thighs, coleslaw, and a couple of skewers. Everything that I've had, slaps. Everything is so bright and full of flavor. The sauces and marinades are excellent and the facility is clean and chill.In a city choked with Potbelly sandwich shops, burger joints, and Jimmy Johns, this place is an oasis of flavor. “The food was excellent, I'd love to come back. Was not what I was expecting, first time at Nandos, so had to figure out the ordering process. Service from staff was good, tables were a bit sticky/dirty. Overall, good experience though and had a nice lunch.“

“I went into this location for lunch take out, we wasn’t greeted properly at first by one of the young ladies, but then another lady walked up by the name of Tina, she was very nice, professional, pleasant and patient, we had like 8 orders, she made sure our orders & food was correct and gave us excellent customer service. “Clean restaurant with great decor. Seats were comfy and all the staff were nice. It is a bit hard to find the entrance to this restaurant as it isn’t on Michigan avenue but on the side. Chicken is very juicy and flavorful, would also recommend the garlic bread. Lunch specials are a great deal and are cheap. “The service was great. The server provided the menu, and we paid at the counter instead of ordering online. Food delivery was prompt, and the quality was good as well. One must try various sauces.
