I went in here today for some lunch and man let me tell you i have never in my life have walked into a subway and it smelling absolutely amazing. It wasn't the food i smelt it was this fragrance. i asked the lady that was working today what that amazing smell was and she told me she had really scrubbed and cleaned the store and you definitely could tell and she scrubbed the floors with this scent oil. she was telling me all about. I would like to report poor customer service from one of your staff members. She was rude, unprofessional, and did not treat customers with respect. Her attitude made the experience uncomfortable and disappointing. Good customer service should be polite, respectful, and helpful, but unfortunately, that was not the case during my visit.
I hope this issue can be addressed so that future customers receive better service.
