Normally I LOVE this place ... not tonight. 45 mins in the drive through to get a cold burger handed to me , minus my concrete. She said she would go back and get it. Waited 10 more minutes , went inside , the line is out the door . Asked for my concrete, they handed me a completely melted cup of custard .... I asked for my money back. They had plenty of help , but no organization . They were all running around doing 2 or 3 different things , not organized at all, The manger...read full review
Food was decent, nothing special. Typical Culvers. My only complaint would be the service. The workers did not have a good system for handling the 5 or 6 people in line to order. A few just stood around watching one kid try to take all the orders before being told to open a second register. It was just very unorganized and took way longer than it should have.
I love their custard especially chocalate. Great butterburgers and cod is fantastic.I miss the tuna melts.
