“The ladies who have been working there for at least a couple years are fantastic. The cashier today, Brittni, fits in to that same mold. They are all great and make the fast food experience enjoyable, which is often not the case at most fast food restaurants.“

“Every cross country trip through St Louis, we stop and have the delicious ‘red’ roast beef at Lion’s Choice. It never disappoints. The staff is courteous, recognizing we do not frequent establishment and are not local to the area. Great as usual.“

“Normally I LOVE this place ... not tonight. 45 mins in the drive through to get a cold burger handed to me , minus my concrete. She said she would go back and get it. Waited 10 more minutes , went inside , the line is out the door . Asked for my concrete, they handed me a completely melted cup of custard .... I asked for my money back. They had plenty of help , but no organization . They were all running around doing 2 or 3 different things , not organized at all, The manger was no where to be found .. I was told she was in the bathroom. When she finally came out , she had an I do nit really care what your complaint is attitude . I got my money back and left ... normally the food is hot and fresh, it takes a bit , but I have never seen such a mess as tonight !“

“Went there for during and was greeted with the friendliest smile ans service I had received at any fast food I had ever been too! Jory made sure I had had my order correct and out in a timely manner! the food was great and will Definitely be back ! I was having a rough day after work and just wanted a quick bite but Jory's awesome attitude made my night!“

“first, the employees are awesome. the music that was playing was awesome. I had a long day, and just wanted to sit down and eat a good cheeseburger. I love burgers, but is hard to find a good place to eat burgers. it was my first time visiting 5 Guys. The gracious and beautiful lady explained in great detail the menu, how big each portion is. All employees had such a happy attitude that match the delicious food they cook, and create such a fun and great ambiance to eat! I'm going back that's for sure.“

“I give this location a 5 star rating, The restaurant was very clean, the two gentlemen that waited on me had great teamwork and were very friendly. The food was great and the helpings of meat and toppings I felt were generous portions. Another plus for me was that the equipment in the store was well cared for. Also they asked me if I had any coupons which was a plus for me because at some different locations I felt that the use of coupons were frowned upon.
I will be continuing to use this as my main go to local location for future. Thank you to the team working and operating this location.“

“My pizzas were not correct. I called and talked to a female worker abt this...assume she may have been a manager.
She went above and beyond to fix this issue. Remade the pizzas, and bread and cinnasticks. Had it delivered to my home (I had carryout), and refunded my money with a hand written note apologizing.
