Took an HOUR to get ONE sandwich delivered. Then, when I called, dude named Colby didn’t seem to care, told me the driver only had one other order to deliver with ours and she had been gone for almost 35 minutes. Never going here again.
Friday, July 24, 2020 I ordered 2 sandwiches on the app from about 10 minutes away to be ready ASAP. When I arrived the drive through had a long line so we decided to park and “run in”. It took at least 20 more minutes to get our order. A minimum of 3 customers ordered in the store while we was waited and all 3 received their order before us. 2 delivery persons came and went while we waited. Just ordered web pick up - store #277 - O’Fallon IL - ordered at 1:08 pm pulled into drive through at 1:15 when I received notification order was ready. Got to order screen told them my name they said it was not ready yet to park in parking lot and we will bring it out to you. Parked near order screen - about 5 cars ordered and received there food. I waited in my truck till 1:25 then went in to find out what was taking so long. The kid at the screen said they had more cars...read full review
