I have never wanted to get Taco Bell but eventually I was convinced into getting it and a bad experience happened like I thought it would. When we got our food a taco was missing and it took so long to get it back. It also didn’t taste good and I had to force myself to eat it. The other taco was delicious though and it was a fun experience I had with my family overall!
The Taco Bell on central park dr in ofallon IL, was excellent. It was lunch rush, long line in the drive thru, lots of mobile orders and people inside. The staff was efficient and polite. Even when there was an extremely rude customer (yes sometimes the customer is the problem) the staff remained polite and professional. Job well done.
I went to the other Taco Bell by Raising Canes I ordered at kiosk and waited to pay. Every employee in the building looked at me and completely ignored me and walked away from the cook line and disappeared so I waited for another couple of mins and they never came back. I came to this Taco Bell was greeted immediately, cashed out immediately and the food was delicious. Everyone was kind and the building was clean. Taco Bell is a restaurant known for its quick service and great food. Special orders, such as the Cheesy Double Beef Burritos, are made perfectly. The building is new with a nice atmosphere, and while service can be slow, they ensure orders are correct. Some staff, like the night shift guy, know what they're doing and produce the best food Taco Bell can offer. Menu items like the Beef Chalupa come with plenty of toppings. The restaurant has been pretty good lately, with happy and responsive staff, and tacos with fresh tasty ingredients, but the inside can be quite dirty, especially the soda fountain. Overall, Taco Bell is a recommended spot for a meal.
