When I walked to Scooter in O'fallon IL, with my dog,I used the back door doorbell( because I walked). Only to not be greeted but questioned if I had a vehicle or not and why I didn't go through the drive-thru. Then I had the door shut in my face after I stated I have an online order for my name. I did receive my order but will not be back to this location. Very poor customer service!!!
