Food was good and delivered to our table fast. The cashier was friendly and patient has we had young children and elderly people ordering slowly.
Our ice cream was already melted when we got it. Said something to drive thru guy he shut windows and walked away. I used to rave about olney illinois DQ last 3 or 4 times there and it's been cold old food or ice cream melted or not gravy for my tenders. Just sad it's gone downhill this year
The drive thru was packed on a random Thursday night at 9:10 pm. They must be doing something right.
