I filled out the online form at Windy City Ice Cream, requesting a quote. Elena got back to me almost immediately and together we set up a time the next day to come out and surprise our employees. Communication was great the whole day and Aaron showed up with his truck on time. He was both courteous and professional. With traditional ice cream truck music playing, our employees were able to make their selections and the overall reaction from our employees was quite positive. What a fun experience! “Falafel sandwiches were great! I loved the food, but a paid $34 for 4 small sandwiches. I would need like three to get full. Great food, but too expensive. If the sandwich was normal size, bigger, I would have no complaints. They were mini.“
“Stopped in on a Thursday night, the place was empty. Sat at a table and fresh chips and salsa was brought over. The waitress was nice and friendly. I ordered burrito suzio and a tosata. When the burrito was brought to the table they forgot to add suzio cheese/sauce. The food was solid and atmosphere was ok. It wasn't a bad place to dine.Parking: 10 spots in lot“
“First time stopping. Service was perfect. Whole staff very friendly. Fresh cut fries were on point. We tried the puff burger seen on a video. It was an interesting combo. Tasted great. Cooked right. Plenty of seating for a good weather day and there is a counter inside otherwise. Nothing out of the ordinary for this type of stand in Chicago. 100% recommend. Cheers and thank you.“
