Lady working there must not like her job. She was very condescending and passive aggressive to my wife, when my wife asked to make sure that we weren’t getting charged for someone else’s sandwich that was toasted on the same tray with one our sandwiches.
I ordered on the app to use my subway rewards ($2 off) this establishment cancelled my order and had me re order without using the subway rewards because apparently they don’t make a profit and it comes out of the employees pay… This is absolutely unacceptable. Of course they skimped out on the meat as well. Never coming back and highly don’t recommend this location in Oswego.
Went into this establishment to get some food maybe like 20 mins ago. When I walked in I was not even greeted by the lady just standing there on her phone. She approached the register once she saw me walking up to order. I asked her if I could use a coupon that was NOT expired and didn’t have a reason on it as to why I could t use it. She then proceeded me that they are not taking any coupons because people have been using coupons nonstop at this location. I’m sorry...read full review
