What the hell happened to JL's. They used to have great bartenders and staff. I loved coming here but now it has no personality with the bartenders. Food is still good but nobody makes you feel at home anymore.

Came in with a group of 7 to catch up and watch a game. Waitress was very rude to multiple of us for no reason and despite us being respectful to her the entire time. After multiple rude interactions we decided to leave and take our money elsewhere. Disappointing.

My workplace hosted a party here recently and it was nothing special. We visited on a very busy weekend day, but the restaurant knew we were coming and still the service was very lacking. At one point, there’d be a stretch of time where our waitress would be gone for up to 30+ mins (we had over 25 people in our party that hadn’t even started orders yet because she didn’t stick around long enough). She seemed visibly overwhelmed and stressed but it got to a point where I couldn’t wait around any longer and just walked up to the bar to order MYSELF a drink. As I was ordering, the waitress came up and asked if she could help… a little too late I think, ma’am 😂 The pizza wasn’t the best - very bland and the crust was like biting into cardboard. My favorite flavor of pie was the spicy Italian. My drink was pretty good though, and the atmosphere was lively with good vibes! The place was PACKED though, so insanely loud and hard to hear.
