They lost my paczi order. The managers response was “I didn’t take your order so it’s not my fault”. Seriously! No effort to make it right. Good thing I kept my receipt or I would have been out the money too. Used to be the best shop in town but quality has gone downhill and I’m never going there again.
Spunky donuts are tremendous. Old school vibe.
