“This Starbucks location has become one of my regular stops, and every visit has been consistently positive. The baristas here are friendly, quick, and always in a good mood — even during the busy morning rush. You really feel the difference when a team works smoothly and cares about the customer experience.

The drinks are always made right. My orders come out balanced, fresh, and never rushed. The pastries and food items are also well-stocked, and everything I’ve tried has been fresh. It’s a reliable spot whether I’m grabbing a coffee on the go or stopping in to get a bit of work done.

The atmosphere is cozy and comfortable, with enough seating and a clean environment. It’s a great place for one person, couples, or small groups — quiet enough to relax, but lively enough to feel welcoming.

Overall, this is a solid Starbucks with great service, good energy, and consistently well-prepared drinks. Definitely recommend stopping by.“

“I went into target and decided to grab a coffee to start my day and I was greeted by Jessica! She was very efficient and made sure to confirm my order and then made likely the best coffee I’ve had in a long time! I come to Starbucks daily, and her ratio of exactly my request was perfect! “I came back out to Palatine for the Turkey Trot this past weekend and rewarded myself with some egg white bites and a protein coffee afterwards (I also had to get a blueberry muffin for my fiancé of course as well). I ordered through the app and the food was done upon my arrival, only about 5 minutes after submitting the order. A very kind staff member then informed me they had to make the protein coffee, as they make the protein mixture themselves. I really appreciated their attentiveness and communication not only to myself, but I noticed the staff treated all of their customers with this level of care. She even asked me about the Turkey Trot and made an effort to make myself and the other customers she helped feel seen and heard (I wish I remembered her name!) This experience made me jealous that this isn’t my usual coffee shop, I wish I lived closer still or else it would be!“
