I have been to many Taco Bell locations in the past 45+ years and the one that I just ate at is the best. Your location on Dundee Road in Palatine has the most attentive and efficient staff. Courtesy counts, and they excel in customer service.
Counter staff was friendly and welcoming. The manager was very personable and made sure we were taken care of from the time we walked in until we all said goodbye. The restaurant was extremely clean and organized. All in all this location is an excellent choice should you have a craving to run for the border - if you will. So with that said, I would highly recommend this Palatine Taco Bell. ?

As fast food goes, Taco Bell has been a consistently reliable place for me for decades. It's obviously not "fine dining," or "health food," but the food is consistently tasty and enjoyable. The service is good. The price is reasonable.
