The curbside pickup area was not easy to find, the person that brought my food was very professional and kind. I got the half chicken, baked beans, and sweet tea. The Chicken was dry, the baked beans HARD PASS it tasted like beans with an entire bottle of cheap BBQ sauce, the tea was sweeter than I’d prefer, however, it did taste freshly brewed—that was the best thing I had from there.
HOLY SMOKES (pun fully intended) so good! Ordered through Uber and everything is hot and tasty. The corn pudding is my favorite. I got both OG and sweet city sauses and I can't pick a favorite. Ribs were delicious. Sausage was yummy. The triple que had a few hard pieces but still delicious

I've haved dined in multiple times. The brisket is the best! Everything tastes good and cooked well. You don't have to wait to find a table. You can have a simple and quiet dinner here. Multiple BBQ sauces and fountain coke! They also have a decent size parking lot. However, on my last visit 11/11, the fries and smoked wings were overly salted. We tried dunking in ketchup or sauce, but it didn't help. The garbage bins were also overspilling. Hopefully, it was just an "off" night for them.

Seriously one of the best spots. The staff are so nice. the food is amazing, and the portions are filling. The dining area is spacious, and tables are always nice and clean. overall my favorite stop for a quick bite in uptown PR.
Parking: Parking is all around uptown, no need to hunt it down. Its a bit away from the busier parts of town so parking is good even at busy times. The back lot is a little tight, but there is street parking

I ordered the two meats and two sides. The brisket wasn’t very lean and not much of a serving for $18. I’d say it’s a waste. The fries were wrapped in paper and very soggy. The cornbread was way overcooked and dry. The hush puppies were pretty good. Overall I would not go back

We went at a approximately 4 PM and we're the only people in the place. Food was overall good, brisket was dry and seemed like it had been sitting under a heat lamp, I assume it would be better if the business was doing more volume. Everything else (ribs, sausage, pulled pork) was pretty great. The real star was the swine wine BBQ sauce, it was a great representation of NC style vinegar based sauce.
In general the restaurant was a mess, and finding a clean table or clean spot on the floor was difficult. I also went through several pieces of silverware looking to find enough clean utensils for my party of 3.
Restrooms were also in a similarly poor state.
If I went back to this location it would only be for pickup.

Great staff and service but the food isn't the best. $100 for 3 meals, I thought it would be amazing but I was disappointed. The brisket chili was the best thing there. The sliced brisket (even though I asked for lean) was really fatty. But my dog enjoyed the scraps so wasn't a total loss.
