“Not only is their food amazing and fast. The staff is amazing. We went today (me my husband and youngest son) after my son had a procedure to get tubes in. They where super genuine about how he was doing. The gentleman who works there (I didn’t catch his name) was such a sweetheart. He came up to talk to us and ask about my son. He also gave him a stuffie. Which made my son smile for the first time after his procedure. THANK YOU FOR THAT! The little gesture was greatly appreciated!“

“Everything but the service was great. When paying $14 dollars for a footlong you want there to be enough stuff on it. When I noticed they didn’t put much of any vegetables on my sandwich, I politely asked for a little more of everything. I was met with rude remarks and that there is a limit on how much they can put on a sandwich depending on the size. I understand that totally that’s their job. However, they did not put even close to that limit on my sandwich. For example they said they could put 8 olives per 6 inches. There were only 6 olives on my foot long. Same with the rest. By the end of it, I ended up getting yelled at by two girls, and talked to condescendingly by the manager. I was calm the whole time, kind of wondering why it’s such a big deal to ask for more stuff that I’m paying for. Gosh do I miss $5 foot longs.“

“Older gentleman that works there usually during the day is very nice and food is always excellent! He is very patient letting my 6 year old order his bookit pizza every month. My son is always excited to go in there and order his pizza by himself.“

“I don’t usually write reviews, but after today’s experience, I felt morally obligated.

The lettuce was so crisp it sounded like applause with every bite. Every ingredient was placed with the precision of a master craftsman. The taco didn’t crack, didn’t fall apart, and somehow held together from the first bite to the last—a feat I previously believed to be impossible at Taco Bell.

Whoever assembled my meal clearly didn’t just finish training—they graduated summa cum laude from Taco Bell College. I imagine there was a proud ceremony where they were handed a golden spatula and told, “Go forth and build tacos the way they were meant to be.”

This wasn’t fast food. This was edible architecture. Every fold was intentional. Every topping was perfectly balanced. It was as if Michelangelo had briefly taken a break from painting ceilings to wrap my taco.

To the employee who made my meal: I hope both sides of your pillow are cold tonight, every traffic light turns green for you, and you always find a front-row parking spot. You restored my faith in what a Taco Bell taco can be.

“I go to this Potbelly's a couple times a month. Usually take my wife and grandkids. We all love the food. You walk through to order and pick out what toppings you want on top. Try the Wreck and Italian sandwiches. My 11 year granddaughter loves the regular Italian with all the regular toppings, but no hot peppers. The big pickle is good. Give it a try.“

“I haven’t visited the University location for a couple years since I had a few bad experiences with the service, quality of food and cleanliness. I have to say that after stopping in recently on 2 separate occasions I was greeted with friendly people, had great tasting fresh food, and very fast service at the drive thru. The fries, steak burgers and chili were very tasty!“

We pulled up in the ambulance at 9:31 PM, just one minute after the dining room had officially closed. Even though they had every reason to turn us away, Amir and the entire team welcomed us inside with a smile and couldn’t have been more accommodating.

After a long shift, that small act of kindness meant a lot. The food was fresh, the restaurant was clean, and every employee we interacted with was friendly and professional. Amir clearly leads by example and has built a team that genuinely cares about its customers.
