“Not only is their food amazing and fast. The staff is amazing. We went today (me my husband and youngest son) after my son had a procedure to get tubes in. They where super genuine about how he was doing. The gentleman who works there (I didn’t catch his name) was such a sweetheart. He came up to talk to us and ask about my son. He also gave him a stuffie. Which made my son smile for the first time after his procedure. THANK YOU FOR THAT! The little gesture was greatly appreciated!“

“This was my first time coming here. I had asked another popular taco chain yesterday if they had served regular tacos in the morning for a party my son was having at school. I was told yes, indeed. I was a bit difficult I know because I do not eat here at all so I had so many questions and was changing my order etc ( not purposely being annoying ) but I just wasn’t sure , even tho they were busy not once did she get frustrated with me she was so nice and sweet about it and answered all my questions , even getting to the window she greeted me with the most beautiful smile and welcoming vibe I felt so valued as a customer because of her and my food is hot fresh and amazing for ! This was an excellent 1st experience for me and I don’t even live this way but I will drive 20 minuets just to come eat here again because of her service !! “Man, I love this place! Food is ALWAYS on point. This is one of the few casual dining places that I feel like if the employees aren’t making at LEAST $19/hr and if not, I’d be embarrassed to be an operator. Every single time I come in here, I am greeted with a smile and I feel like I’m getting the best meal in the area. I really hope your crew is making what they deserve, because they absolutely and unequivocally deserve it. During these times where fuel is $5/gallon, the crew should be living like kings and queens. “Everything but the service was great. When paying $14 dollars for a footlong you want there to be enough stuff on it. When I noticed they didn’t put much of any vegetables on my sandwich, I politely asked for a little more of everything. I was met with rude remarks and that there is a limit on how much they can put on a sandwich depending on the size. I understand that totally that’s their job. However, they did not put even close to that limit on my sandwich. For example they said they could put 8 olives per 6 inches. There were only 6 olives on my foot long. Same with the rest. By the end of it, I ended up getting yelled at by two girls, and talked to condescendingly by the manager. I was calm the whole time, kind of wondering why it’s such a big deal to ask for more stuff that I’m paying for. Gosh do I miss $5 foot longs.“

“I go to this Potbelly's a couple times a month. Usually take my wife and grandkids. We all love the food. You walk through to order and pick out what toppings you want on top. Try the Wreck and Italian sandwiches. My 11 year granddaughter loves the regular Italian with all the regular toppings, but no hot peppers. The big pickle is good. Give it a try.“

“It's been awhile since I've been in this subway it looks like they had gotten a nice remodel. I noticed that it was very clean and the veggies were neatly stocked and fresh. The young man working provided great customer service. Sandwichs were good and tasted very fresh.“
