I bit into a piece of cartilage in a spicy chicken sandwich. I personally think there is no excuse for finding a piece of cartilage in a chicken breast. They evidently are not properly cutting up the chicken & not checking chicken pieces over throughly after cutting it to make sure someone is not going to get a piece of cartilage in their chicken sandwich.

The woman who took my order (Emily I believe?) was wonderful, but the food was the worst out of any Chick-Fil-A I’ve ever gone to. Not to mention the complete lack of customer service (save for order lady) and poor service. Incredibly disappointing.

Waited in line 10 minutes ro order food. Was given my drinks. 15 minutes later still no food was asked for my receipt, the girl Elizabeth at the counter didn't give me one! After 3 or 4 more minutes I finally got our food! My order was "lost"

I spend about 80 days on the road, traveling across the country for work. Chic Fil A is about the only "Fast Food" place I'll eat at because of the quality of food and service. I was passing through and wanted to grab dinner on 12/3. This location didn't have the service or the food up to the normal quality and standard. The fries were soggy and cold and they forgot the sauce for my sandwich on my to go order. The staff also seemed a little zombie-esk. Not a lot of smiles, ZERO "My Pleasure" and just kind of going through the motions. I hope this isn't the normal standard, but I hope they can get better.
Food and service were great!!! Almost slipped in the bathroom because it was left so slippery after mopping. I love how chick-fil-a is always so clean, but I was on crutches and almost wiped out. My sister had to come help me out of the bathroom. Your food and team is great, though! I have nothing negative to say. I just don't want you guys to have to deal with slips and falls and injuries....those are big pain to deal with. Happy Holidays! And I'll be back to your location soon because you all are awesome, and I love chick-fil-a!!!!
