Apparently the manager Aliese likes to talk poorly about customers when you’re in the drive through waiting for your food. Top it off she said my name wrong and I was worried I may have the wrong order and got clearly upset and angry with me. She double checked my order and I said oh yes that is mine I’m sorry. And she got even more upset and proceeded to ignore me before just blowing me off and telling me to circle out front to wait for my food. I thought chic fil a was about friendly service, compassion and joy. Turns out I was wrong. Chic fil a do better. I’ve been a loyal rewards member for too many years and I’ve never in my life ever experienced something like this especially from management. Just wow.
The food has always been fresh when I go. The staff is helpful and the Chick-fil-A sauce is delicious. The chicken minis in the morning are excellent, almost like the bread or roll is slightly like Texas Roadhouse bread, just mini. Great salads and the grilled chicken deluxe is a favorite. Their ice cream cones taste like what McDonald's ice cream cones used to taste like back in the 80's, which was good and icy.

This was my first visit to this area and we stopped by this Chick-fil-A location. It is easy to access from the freeway and had plenty of parking. Everything was clean and pleasant. The staff was excellent and helpful. I had the pretzel chicken sandwich and we also had chicken strip meals. The fries were amazing as always and the chicken did not disappoint. We will be back on our next trip through!
