Childers Eatery - War Memorial (Grand Prairie)

They charge for BBQ sauce.I ask the manager about it and she rudely said she just works there she doesn't know.

I was not impressed with the food. I wouldn't be back.

I was in the other day the food was good, the service was incredible. Corrine was the young lady that was our server & the reason for the 5 star review. She was very knowledgeable in every aspect & checking on us constantly the entire service. Definitely a valuable employee

Not sure how they only have a 4.4 this was an AMAZING lunch! Best food I’ve had in awhile and the bill wasn’t even that bad!!! The server was great! The drinks were SO GOOD!! The food was perfect and delicious! I was very very happy we went here for lunch!!!!!!! A million stars! Please keep it up!

This place is absolutely amazing and the service was amazing, our server Kendra gave us amazing recommendations and she was really nice. The food was also amazing, I would 100% come here again it was a nice experience.

Childers offers a wide variety of breakfast items. I had the gluten free waffle and it was one of the best. Delicious. Our waitress was very friendly and accommodating. No wait time. Quick service.

The Childers in Grand Prairie is big and beautiful. The service was outstanding. I had the chicken bacon Chipotle street tacos - delicious

Absolutely ideal breakfast spot! Nicely decorated, spacious outdoor dining in season, great service, delicious food and amazing cocktails and craft beers.

Went to Childer's for lunch with my sister yesterday. I ordered "Peoria's best breakfast" my sister ordered a smoked gouda horseshoe. Her food was overly salty, my eggs and hashbrowns were ok but my sausage was incredibly salty little hockey pucks and my biscuits and gravy were terrible. Waitress was incredibly busy at the bar. She only checked on us when it was time to pay. Same goes for the tables around us.

Wow. Great food! Especially the local roaster coffee fresher brewed and fresh squeezed OJ. Ordered the Peoria plate with scrambled eggs (perfect with added cheese) bacon, link sausage that was yummo! Pluses sourdough toast. Really good food and great service!
