To start I would of gave 1 stay but I didn't get sick so 2 stars is fair.I have been to this Chipotle many times and I would advise everyone to drive the extra 10 minutes to go to the East Peoria Location. You will save time waiting in line and the people who work there are way more friendly.I went in 2 times in the last week both times I was there for over 20 minutes, the first time isn't was 8:45 and they were doing 7 online orders I had 1 person in front of me and told us we had to wait while they made other people's food who weren't there yet and said to deal with it. They then ran out of rice and said they would not make anymore after standing in line till 9:10, I'm calm and say OK and go next door to chic fil a.I come back 3 days later because I was still craving a burrito and I had 2 people in front of me at 5pm they again had the same crew who took over 20 minutes to get through 3 people and were more worried about online order then their line of 6 people behind me and the amount of time it took to not only get the food made but the extra 5 minutes it took for them to check you out after they made it.I would advise anyone who reads this do not go there and drive to east peoria you will get more better food, fresher food, better service, better times in and out, and above all else more clean and shown to be a priority to them and not an annoyance that you are there.

According to Google, they were open at 10:30 in the morning on Saturday. The front door was unlocked, so I entered the restaurant. It appeared that they were still setting up, so I had to the restroom. At 10:45, they had still not set up completely, so I told the kid behind the counter. I was still trying to make up my mind. The manager of the restaurant yells from the back, we don’t open until 11 o’clock. I found this interesting, as Google said 1030, the front doors at 10:45, and now this manager yells out 11. I sat for another five minutes, and then left to go to panda express and get my meal. They greeted me as soon as I enter the restaurant, welcoming me to their service.

They post they close at 10PM. Every time we arrive at 9:30 PM or later they always have a reason they can’t serve us. It’s usually short staffed or ran out of food etc. if you want to close at 9:30 or earlier change your hours.

Everytime I get Chipotle it's usually 8pm and after and they are literally always out of veggies and lettuce. Sometimes other things as well, but always out of veggies and lettuce. You are literally open til 10pm how are you out of these items. But when you open the next day somehow you have it.

Usually this place isn’t good but everything was hot and delicious. Which was weird. Maybe because the owner was there? I assumed it was the owner and the manager talking but idk. The music was a bit too loud though.

Got take out on the app and ordered light sour cream on my meal and missing the ordered queso on it. There was so much sour cream on it that we went back in and asked for them to remake it since it was basically soup. They offered us a free queso….for inedible food and then did not even offer to remake it after we asked. Wasted $10 on a meals that’s inedible

I ordered food online and went to pick it up and someone stole the food since they decided not to ask for a recipe and just let them take it since it's a bunch of 16-year-olds whom have lungs scented with blue raspberry and when I confronted them and asked for it to be remade they refused and refused refund even though I had an online receipt so basically they just gave away my food to a homeless junkie who has pre-paid his hotel room in hell then just denied it and it was my fault

Horrible food, service, and dirty restaurant. Placed order on mobile app and arrived at specified time. The restaurant was empty except for a table of 3, yet my order was not ready. When I received it, the item was wrong, and also tasted very old and chewy. Meanwhile the staff seem to be on a never-ending break, talking amongst themselves, playing on phones etc. while there is trash on the floor, and they barely acknowledge customers.

They are slow as molasses here! It takes forever to go through the line here. They're always running out of supplies and it takes them FOREVER to go and get some more. On a plus note, the food is always delicious, but the staff isn't the friendliest.Also, could someone please fix the door? It looks super run down and non-professional! First the handle broke off which was months ago. When I went in today, the right door doesn't even close all the way anymore!

This store has the worst customer service that I have ever seen everyone is very rude I work in customer service and I would never treat people the way they do was gonna ask to speak to the manager but shortly realized he was also one of the people giving the shittiest service

It was Friday 12/08/2023 at 7:15 pm and busy, I get it. As I was waiting in line to place my order, I noticed the black beans were getting low and when the girl had to take the container out to scrape the last of what was left she was letting tje water that was dripping from underneath right into the customer's bowl. Also she was. Flinging everyone's food around so much to the point that she was wasting almost as much a she was serving. Not a good sign.Then the lady directly in front of me requested a bowl with black beans. The response she got was "well we are out of black beans!" I think a more. Appropriate response would be " I apologize ma'am, but we are currently waiting for some more to come out. Would you care to wait for them or do you want to proceed with your order?" She was not given this choice. I was about to walk out because I am a vegetarian and I come to Chipotle for the beans. As she was finishing up the ladies order in front of me, a new tub of black beans came out. The unhappy girl behind the counter grabbed a vowl and looked up at me. I said oh I would like a burrito please. She huffed and pufed and threw the tortilla in warmer, put her hand on her hip amd tapped her foot while she waited for it to warm up. I said I wanted no rice and both types of beans etc. Then she pushed the butmrrito to tje end of the line amd announced "I cannot wrap something like this someone else is going to have to do it."How did this girlg et her job?I usually frequent the Iowa City location and will continue to do so; however, I will NEVER visit this location again with the attitude and lack of customer appreciation!
