I wanted to give Pamela Wheeler a major shoutout for my experience with her today. They had a very busy lunch rush and an item was missing from my order. She not only refunded my order, but then offered to deliver cookies and drinks to my team. She truly went above and beyond. Thank you, Pam, for turning our day around!
my family each order a 12 inch sandwich. they made us 6 in. when we wanted it fixed. they reprinted the receipt to show they only charged us for the 6. we said that was fine. They remade our sandwiches for us so they were hot and brought us out second sides to eat while we waited.
