If I can give 0 i would I went there after work to get me and my wife some food. The workers told me to go through the drive thru window. I walked over to the window since I only have a bike. At the window they told me that they can't serve me without a car. I rode my bike from the osf hospital to be able to get some food just to be turn away by some works who didn't want to do there job and serve a customer. I ended up going to chick- fil-a and the food tasted good. U guys need to train your workers money is money and if a person doesn't have a car they can still be served. Time 9:15pm. 3-21-2026

Pretty good for fast food. Staff was nice, but the lobby was closed 40 minutes before it said online and I had to wait 25 minutes in the drive through after my order was supposed to be ready :/

Hadn’t had Panda in a long while, but my coworkers order it sometimes and I was craving Chinese, so we gave it a go. We pulled up and they were already closed due to city water issues (not their fault), but our food had been made and they still handed it out. We appreciated that, but driving home we were low-key wondering if we were safe to consume it. 😅
My boyfriend ordered fried rice and got plain white rice instead. His teriyaki chicken was pretty fatty, and mine was more stringy than chunky. The honey sesame chicken though? That one did not disappoint.
Sodas were barely carbonated, and we somehow got 7 fortune cookies and about 10 soy sauce packets we didn’t ask for - generous but slightly chaotic and kinda wasteful.
The girl at the speaker was awesome and super friendly, so shoutout to her.
Overall… it was okay. Next time I might stick to our usual spot (Ming Shee), but I’d still give Panda another try on a smoother day.

I explained that I am a vegan and was offered the fresh green beans bowl. It was truly fresh and well seasoned not a lot and not to little.
8/10 times I go it's always great food and service. There has only been a couple times I thought the noodles could have been fresher or they could have gave me a larger portion. I love this location

Staff couldn't care less. Ordered 3 items in the drive thru. Person taking the order(kelona) told me to pull to the window before she finished entering my order for 3 items. She missed the drink and had to make a second transaction for it. When I asked for the 3rd time for sweet and sour sauce she hands me at least 20 packets with about half of them dropping on the parking lot. I'll avoid this location in the future.
