8/10 times I go it's always great food and service. There has only been a couple times I thought the noodles could have been fresher or they could have gave me a larger portion. I love this location

Staff couldn't care less. Ordered 3 items in the drive thru. Person taking the order(kelona) told me to pull to the window before she finished entering my order for 3 items. She missed the drink and had to make a second transaction for it. When I asked for the 3rd time for sweet and sour sauce she hands me at least 20 packets with about half of them dropping on the parking lot. I'll avoid this location in the future.

Just ordered a bowl of orange chicken and noodles and had a mouth full of raw chicken!? Never had this happen before but half of the bowl was raw. Dont know if ill buy from here again.

Food was good. They need to work on having the dishes prepared when the container is getting low. I didn't enjoy waiting when it could have been taken care of when they clearly knew the dish was almost gone. Other than that is was pretty good.

Ordered on the app, 5 plates and a kids size 2 drinks Had it all ready in just about 30 mins. The quality varied per plate. One had a nice portions of noodles and the rest had a bunch of veggies with some noodles. Beef was non existent with the beef and broccoli, literally only one piece of meat. It tasted super good so that was disappointing. Orange chicken was good, food was hot. Maybe ordering online isn’t the way to go if you want to get a decent quality portion.
I placed an order through the panda website at 8:30. Said it would be ready by 9:15 and they closed at 9:30. I paid and got a text that my order was ready. Pulled up to the drive thru that was still open but was told that my order was already refunded because they didn’t have much food left and they actually closed at 9. Super disappointed that there was nothing else they did as there are not many places open late in the area, and I did not receive the refund.

This was an absolutely amazing restaurant. The food was awesome as always, but the staff went 100% above and beyond. One of our five kids puked as soon as we came in the door and Kayla came immediately to our aid, bringing us paper towels, wet towels, and everything else that we needed immediately addressing our needs. This is a great place that truly goes above and beyond.
