Great Staff....Great Professional Service
I wanted to give a heartfelt shoutout to AnnTisha and her team in Peoria, Illinois for going above and beyond for us on a busy Saturday. My fiance had a leg amputation and cannot travel right now. We live an hour north of Peoria, and I work in town. We love Portillos, but every time I would get home after an hour drive, the sandwhiches would be soggy. been here 4 times and waited 25 minutes for my food to only get it served cold and not cooked well. also having employees cussing and fighting in the back around children is extremely un professional. the staff needs re evaluated same for the food. I've always loved portillos since I was a kid and this location has ruined it for me. get better staff and food please.
