Both of our waitresses were great. One of them was in training she only been there for two days, but she did an awesome job. She will be a good asset to the restaurant in the future.
We came for the Shrimpfest. We had one of the best waitresses EVER. Bryana was very attentive to us and all her tables as we witnessed her going above and beyond for a customer at a nearby table. She came by several times to make sure we did not need anything. She is a great asset to Red Lobster. It has been difficult during the COVID pandemic to find good help but she was outstanding. Weeknight specials have brought me back into the fold of regular customers. The pricing strategies, especially in regard to the daily specials, shows clearly that Red Lobster is being proactive in its effort to provide value based meals to counteract inflationary impacts and compete for customer dollars.
