“Once a month when I go and pick up my prescriptions at the Potter Drug I stop at this wonderful Hardee's Burgers in Petersburg, Illinois. The food is always fresh always hot! What I love about this Hardee's is that they wrap their sandwich in a Hardee's paper wrap! The only Hardee's I've ever seen do this! You are able to eat your sandwich as you drive and not drop a bit of it on you and every bit of that sandwich is covered by that wrap! I also appreciate the lady that is always at the drive-through window! She always has a smile and a positive attitude! I think many times we neglect to notice the kindness of others in service! Oh I notice this Hardees and the fine job they're doing! They are the "Bee's Knees" in my book! Grab a sandwich and watch them how they wrap it up! Great going guys! Thanks much!“
“Everyone on their cell phones when we walked in. Had to go to the service window to get our own food. Customer service is not what it used to be. Different times and expectations of customers is hurting the service industry. Just put the phones away and do your job.“
