“Pittsfield location: By far the BEST restaurant around. I used to be a regular but moved a couple hours away. I just made a trip there because the food and atmosphere is that good. If you get a chance you have to go! Delicious food, great staff, and very clean. ALWAYS. In about 16 years I've had 1 order that came out wrong and it was quickly fixed. Decided to spend night locally and came back for dessert today! Heaven in my mouth!!!“

“Food is pretty well always very good. Service is usually very good, though sometimes you get a server who is less than attentive and you wait a longer time for a refill than you really should. That isn't normal in my experience, however. The atmosphere is ok but it can be very loud and hard to hear your companions. It's an old building that echoes, which makes it worse especially if the air conditioner is running, but the music can be too loud sometimes which only encourage people to practically shout at each other to try and be heard. The paintings on the wall are a lot of fun, however, and we always enjoy looking at them.“
