Bobby and his team at Dunkin’ are BEYOND amazing! And I’m not just speaking from my experience but from my observation with the team dealing with other customers. They remember names, they remember orders, they’re all polite, and go out of their way..the customer service is top notch h. Even on the busiest of mornings, they’re prompt and on top of it…but honestly, even when a order has an issue, they’re apologetic and fix it - their customer service is remarkable. Furthermore, the other thing I love is that the store is ALWAYS clean! My mornings are pretty much incomplete without coffee and a “good morning HIra” from this team!“
